1. New players are required to log in with a tail number and
first name as there teamspeak nickname....for example
(N1234A-Mike).

3. Do not ask for admin access on this server. Admin status
is given to those that have earned it.

4. Absolutely No Voice Changers Allowed.
5. Music Not allowed unless a admin or owner give permission
to play it.

6. If you are on our TeamSpeak please use our Flight Server.
Game Server

7. recruiting for another flight server/virtual airline is
prohibited. Anyone caught doing this will be kicked from the
server. Anyone caught returning to recruit again, will be
banned immediately. there can be Some Exceptions to this
rule. Unless another VA is Joining us or For special event

8. Flooding channels talking over other players is dis-respectful
and will not be allowed. IMMEDIATE ban

9. Rude or disrespectful behavior of any kind towards any
players or Staff will not be tolerated.

10. Promotion or use of hacking tools is considered grounds
for an IMMEDIATE ban

11. The TeamSpeak server is configured to kick any player
that floods a channel or jumps rooms all the time
automatically. If this happens to you don't complain about
it.

12. There is a age requirement to join this server, its 15
this server requires is mature, confident, and well mannered
individuals who will cooperate and adhere to the rules and
regulations set within. There is a limit to join the VA
which is 20

13. During ATC Sessions All ATC Rules must be followed. Some
rules can be altered for new comers for the first flight
sessions.

15. ZERO tolerance on spawning on runways! All
pilots must start at parking area. Unless Airport does not
have a parking then this rule will not apply.

14. Drama is ZERO tolerance on this server . Automatic
removal any player that promotes drama they will
automatically be removed Don’t bring drama from other
servers. (IMMEDIATE ban) DRAMA IS BAD

15. Admin can remove a membership from a player at any given
time.. they must give reason why the player was removed.

16. Any player comes from another Flight Server or group bad
mouthing other groups will not tolerated you will be kicked
fist time and banned for life the 2nd time. (This this
Drama)

17. Rooms has been set aside of other games. please use them
rooms for those type of game. Flight sim rooms are flight
sim. don’t play other games in flight sim room this goes for
other rooms as well.

18. Never give your user name and password to anyone. if
someone comes on using your account it will be removed.

19. Your router MUST be configured.
This is required to
enable all Pilots to connect to the game.

20. In order to be Registered on TeamSpeak all members will
be required to serve a waiting period of at least two weeks
after Registering on our Forums. During this time you will
be expected to be active on the Server. Registered members
who are in-active for more than 3 weeks may loose their
Registration. Registered Members on FSSIMS have more
responsibility here than most other Servers, therefore we
expect that you respect your Registration. Those who abuse
this will have their Registration Removed.

21. Please do not repeatedly send text messages in TeamSpeak
to SA's or constantly whisper to attract attention if they
are in another channel.

22. Do not spam the TeamSpeak chat box. Only send messages
to those who need to read them, do not send 'to all' if you
should only send to a private member or to a channel. This
is considered abuse of Registration.

23. Set your Microphone to "PUSH TO TALK". This option is in
the Settings > Sound Input/Output. Set it to a key you DON'T
use often. Members not set to "PUSH TO TALK" will be kicked
off the server. Certain rooms allow voice activation, check
the rooms description for use of voice activation.

24. Hacking, Cracking, Flooding, Pinging, Spamming, or
otherwise disrupting the functions of ANY server (as well as
making comments in reference to 'attacking' servers), as
well as planning to, is Prohibited and against the law. You
WILL be banned.

25. The distributing, sharing, receiving, or otherwise
trafficking of "pay ware" and/or copyrighted files on
FSSIMS is both illegal and prohibited. Members caught in
the process will be dealt with harshly. membership be
removed!!

26. NO ADVERTISING OF OTHER SERVERS ON FSSIMS . Members
caught doing so will have an automatic ban. NO ADVERTISING
ON OTHER SERVERS: Members found doing so will have their
registration removed.
